The Talent Search Program is funded by the U.S. Department of Education for the purpose of providing academic support, career awareness, and financial aid advisement to students in middle and high school, who reside in Cumberland, Robeson, and Hoke counties. The program identifies students from eligible backgrounds, who demonstrate a desire to attend college, and provides them with support and motivation to complete high school and enroll in a program of post-secondary education (college, university, technical, or vocational school).
