Overview: Section 10 of S.L. 2025‑70 (Senate Bill 429) modifies G.S. 7B‑3101 to clarify that a juvenile court counselor is only required to notify the juvenile's school if the juvenile committed what would be a Class A through E felony, if committed by an adult.
