Overview: Section 11 of S.L. 2026-11 (Senate Bill 401) allows the Pesticide Board, a receipt‑supported board in the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, to set the amount of the annual assessment for each brand or grade of pesticide registered by an applicant, up to $125 per assessment, by adopting a rule.
This section became effective June 22, 2026.
