H323 - Retain Adult Developmental Vocational Rehabilitation Programs. (SL 2023-115)

Overview: S.L. 2023-115 prohibits the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) from reducing the number of Adult Developmental and Vocational Programs (ADVP) and Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRP), or the number of individuals in those programs, without consulting stakeholders and/or appropriately reviewing current services.

This act became effective August 24, 2023.
