H103 - 2022 Appropriations Act. (SL 2022-74)

Overview: Section 8A.2 of S.L. 2022-74 clarifies that graduates of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts who receive certain four-year tuition grants can only use those grants for undergraduate tuition.
