H103 - 2022 Appropriations Act. (SL 2022-74)

Overview: Section 9C.2 of S.L. 2022-74 amends Section 9C.6(b) of S.L. 2021-180 by raising the cap on administrative costs for local partnerships from not more than 8% to no more than 9% of the total statewide allocation to all local partnerships.

This section became effective July 1, 2022.
