S605 - North Carolina Farm Act of 2021. (SL 2021-78)

Overview: Section 10 of S.L. 2021-78 clarifies that for purposes of the definition of "employment" in the worker's compensation statutes, "agriculture" has the same meaning as in G.S. 106-581.1.

This section became effective July 2, 2021.
