Overview: Sec. 7.26A of S.L. 2017-57 clarifies that operators of Internet Web sites, online services, online applications, or mobile applications may use a student's information to identify information on nonprofit institutions of higher education or scholarship providers to the student if the provider secures the express written consent from the parent or a student who is at least 13.
