H159 - Charter School TSERS Election. (SL 2017-98)

Overview: S.L. 2017-98 extends the time a charter school has to elect to become a participating employer in the Teachers' and State Employees' Retirement System (TSERS) from one year to two years. This act became effective August 1, 2017.
