Overview: Section 7 of S.L. 2025-10 (Senate Bill 477) repeals a reporting requirement for the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR) related to grants-in-aid to private nonprofit organizations in the areas of history, art, and culture.  It also repeals a generalized biennial reporting requirement that DNCR is required to submit in addition to any other reports required to be submitted by the General Assembly.

This section became effective June 13, 2025.
