Overview: Section 10 of S.L. 2025-94 (House Bill 926) directs the Real Estate Commission to implement its rule concerning offer and sales contracts to allow preprinted contracts to include provisions regarding the payment of a commission or compensation and to amend its rule consistent with that implementation.

This section became effective October 6, 2025.
