Overview: Section 13 of S.L. 2025-94 (House Bill 926) authorizes a permitted food establishment to serve food or drink in a workplace setting at an offsite location for the employees of that designated workplace and their invited guests. The food establishment must notify the local health department before initiating offsite service at a designated workplace and comply with several other requirements.

This section became effective October 6, 2025.
