Overview: Part IV of S.L. 2025-64 (House Bill 546) makes changes to legislation authorizing the Children and Families Specialty Plan, an upcoming new Medicaid prepaid health plan, to conform with the terms of the existing contract for the operation of that Plan.
This Part became effective July 7, 2025.
