Overview: Section 20 of S.L. 2025-94 (House Bill 926) modifies the review process for stormwater permitting to limit the Environmental Management Commission's (Commission) ability to make subsequent requests for information from a permit applicant if that information was not previously identified as missing or required in an earlier information request from the Commission, except in certain circumstances.

This section became effective October 6, 2025.
