Overview: Section 8A.3 of S.L. 2026‑41 (Senate Bill 257) requires the State Education Assistance Authority (SEAA) to make applications for the Opportunity Scholarship and Personal Education Savings Account for Children with Disabilities programs available to eligible students no later than the first Monday in February each year. Additionally, SEAA must begin awarding scholarships for each program by the first Monday in March each year.
