Overview: Section 16.13 of S.L. 2026-41 (Senate Bill 257) amends the reporting requirement that was enacted in Section 16.9 of S.L. 2023-134 related to North Carolina Legal Education Assistance Foundation (NC LEAF) funds to require an annual report until the funds have been exhausted.
This section became effective July 7, 2026, and applies to reports submitted on or after that date.
