Overview: Section 20.11 of S.L. 2026‑41 (Senate Bill 257) increases the fees that the State Bureau of Investigation can charge agencies participating in the Division of Criminal Information from $25.00 to $33.00 per desktop device and from $12.00 to $20.00 per mobile device.
This section became effective July 1, 2026, and applies to fees levied on or after that date.
