Overview: Section 20.5 of S.L. 2026‑41 (Senate Bill 257) repeals a statute requiring the State Highway Patrol, in conjunction with the State Bureau of Investigation and the Governor's Crime Commission, to annually report recommendations to the General Assembly concerning the establishment of priorities and needed improvements with respect to gang prevention.
