Overview: Section 2.2 of S.L. 2026-44 (Senate Bill 355) increases the amount a government employee or retiree from the State of North Carolina can purchase from The Division of Correction Enterprises of the Department of Adult Correction from $2,500 to $4,000 per calendar year.
This section became effective July 7, 2026.
