Overview: Section 3 of S.L. 2026-3 (House Bill 433) specifies that interest earned on certain funds, from the following, is appropriated to the Office of State Budget and Management for operations pertaining to pandemic recovery: the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund; the Homeowner Assistance Fund; the Economic Development Assistance Strategy and Tourism grant funds; and the Project Fund.
