H376 - Water/Wastewater Affordability & Capacity Act. (SL 2026-32)

Additionally, it requires each local health department to implement the private drinking water well permitting and inspection program established and adopted by the Environmental Management Commission and repeals all local boards of health rules concerning permits for private drinking water wells except for the testing standards in G.S. 87-96 and fees adopted pursuant to G.S. 130A-39.
