H259 - 2023 Appropriations Act. (SL 2023-134)

Overview: Section 6.12 of S.L. 2023-134 requires that for a community college facility to receive funding from the State Board of Community Colleges as a multicampus center, the facility must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 4 miles away from the main campus of the community college and other multicampus center locations.
• Meet any other criteria established by the State Board.

This section became effective July 1, 2023.
