H259 - 2023 Appropriations Act. (SL 2023-134)

Overview: Section 38.5 of S.L. 2023-134 requires the Information Technology Innovation Center to reopen the proposal period for the program and project management improvement pilot program, established in S.L. 2020-81, to allow for additional offerings not awarded in the original pilot program and must select additional vendors to enhance the pilot program. The first selection must be completed by December 31, 2023. The Information Technology Innovation Center must submit a report to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Information Technology and the Fiscal Research Division on the proposal process and the selection of participating vendors on or before January 31, 2024.

This section became effective July 1, 2023.
