H159 - Education Law Changes. (SL 2022-71)

Overview: Section 3.2 of S.L. 2022-71 allows North Carolina community colleges to enroll students from public school units and nonpublic schools (private and home schools) in academic transition and college transfer pathway courses of the Career and College Promise Program.
