H103 - 2022 Appropriations Act. (SL 2022-74)

Overview: Section 16.7 of S.L. 2022-74 increases the witness fee for attendance by former law enforcement officers subpoenaed to testify in a proceeding from $5 per day or fraction thereof to $20 per hour or fraction thereof.

This section became effective July 11, 2022, and applies to motions or applications for costs filed on or after that date.
