H49 - Concealed Carry Permit Lapse/Revise Law. (Ratified)

Overview: HB 49 would have provided that a concealed carry permittee who allowed the permit to lapse does not have to take another firearms safety and training course upon applying for renewal under certain conditions.

HB 49 was ratified by the General Assembly on July 1, 2022, and vetoed by the Governor on July 11, 2022.
