H911 - Regulatory Reform Act of 2022. (SL 2022-75)

Overview: Section 6 of S.L. 2022-75 conforms the State standards for post remediation lead dust clearance levels to the new federal standards that became effective in 2021.

This section becomes effective December 1, 2022.
