S681 - Agency Policy Directives/2019-2020. (SL 2020-78)

Overview: Sec 2.1 of S.L. 2020-78 eliminates the requirement that all schedules of fees, charges, and solicitations be reported by the local boards of education to the Superintendent of Public Instruction. Instead, each local board of education must publish a schedule of fees, charges, and solicitations approved by the local board on the local school administrative unit's Web site by October 15 of each school year and within 30 days of each subsequent revision.

This section became effective July 1, 2020, and applies beginning with the 2020-2021 school year.
