S113 - Education Omnibus. (SL 2020-49)

Overview: Sec. 1 of S.L. 2020-49 extends the exemption from licensure by the North Carolina Psychology Board to contracted school psychologists and those employed by any public school unit in North Carolina. These school psychologists must still be licensed by the State Board of Education.
