S113 - Education Omnibus. (SL 2020-49)

Overview: Sec. 6 of S.L. 2020-49 adjusts the due date of an annual State Board of Education report to the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee on the educational effectiveness of charter schools and the effect of charter schools on the public schools in the local school administrative unit in which the charter schools are located from February 15 to June 15.
