H1136 - Funds for NCSSM-Morganton Campus. (SL 2020-31)

Overview: S.L. 2020-31 provides that funds made available from a reduction to the State employer contribution rates for death benefits be used to support the opening and operation of the Morganton campus of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.

This act became effective July 1, 2020.
