S704 - COVID-19 Recovery Act. (SL 2020-3)

Overview: Section 2.18 of S.L. 2020-3 waives requirements for nonpublic schools to (i) keep attendance records after March 16, 2020 for the 2019-2020 school year, and (ii) operate for at least nine calendar months in the 2019-2020 school year.

This section became effective May 4, 2020.
