S704 - COVID-19 Recovery Act. (SL 2020-3)

Overview: Section 2.12 of S.L. 2020-3 provides a 6-month extension for school improvement plans set to expire at the end of the 2019-2020 school year. Those plans can remain in effect until December 31, 2020. The replacement plan will then expire in 18 months rather than 2 years.

This section became effective May 4, 2020.
