S704 - COVID-19 Recovery Act . (SL 2020-3)

Overview: Section 2.5 of S.L. 2020-3 waives the requirement to identify new low-performing schools, new continually low-performing schools, and new low-performing local school administrative units. Instead, identifications must be maintained based on 2018-2019 data.
