S704 - COVID-19 Recovery Act . (SL 2020-3)

Overview: Section 4.25 of S.L. 2020-3 amends a State agency's authority and procedure for adopting a temporary rule by requiring an agency to publish an additional notice, for a proposed temporary rule hearing that has been cancelled, at least five days prior to a new rescheduled hearing date.

This section became effective retroactively to March 10, 2020.
