S681 - Agency Policy Directives/2019-2020. (SL 2020-78)

Overview: Section 6.2.(a) of this act creates Article 74A of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes by repealing and codifying various sections of S.L. 1999-2, which provides for the authorization and creation of the nonprofit corporation, known as the Golden LEAF Foundation. Section 6.2.(b) makes technical changes and reporting requirements to the new Article 74A. Section 6.2.(c) makes a conforming amendment to G.S. 105-113.4C.

This section became effective on July 1, 2020.
