H371 - Terror Claims/Damages/Liability for Support, Sec. 2.5: National Guard Concealed Weapons (SL 2015-215)

Overview: Sec. 2.5 of S.L. 2015-215 exempts members of the North Carolina National Guard who have been designated in writing by the Adjutant General, who have a concealed handgun permit, and who are acting in the discharge of their official duties from the general prohibition against carrying a concealed weapon.
