S116 - Handicapped Parking Windshield Placard (SL 2015-22)

Overview: S.L. 2015-22 provides that when a qualifying vehicle owner is issued a handicapped license plate, the applicant must be notified that he or she is also eligible for and may receive a windshield placard at that time.

This act became effective July 1, 2015, and applies to applications for plates received on or after that date.
