H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 12H.23: Restricting Graduate Medical Payments (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Sec. 12H.23 of S.L. 2015-241, as amended by Sec. 88 of S.L. 2015-264, discontinues Medicaid reimbursement for graduate medical education as an add-on to claims payments for Medicaid inpatient hospital services in order to establish a single statewide base rate for those services.
