H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 2.2(b): General Fund Availability Statement (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Subsec. (b) of Sec. 2.2 of S.L. 2015-241 repeals the reimbursement from the Highway Fund to the General Fund of the sales and use tax revenue not realized by the General Fund as a result of the statutory exemption for purchases by the Department of Transportation.

This subsection became effective July 1, 2015.
