H97 - 2015 Appropriations Act, Sec. 13.8: Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program Report (SL 2015-241)

Overview: Sec. 13.8 of S.L. 2015-241 directs the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to assess and report to the General Assembly on the activities of the Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program, including a five-year projection of the program's future funding requirements and an assessment of its effectiveness in reducing nonpoint source pollution in waterways. The Department must submit the report by April 1, 2016.
