S681 - Agency Policy Directives/2019-2020. (SL 2020-78)

Overview: Sec. 2.2 of S.L. 2020-78 requires the North Carolina Education and Workforce Innovation Commission (Commission) to collaborate with the North Carolina Career and Technical Education Foundation (Foundation) in the Commission's administration of two career and technical education (CTE) grant programs: The Education and Workforce Innovation Program and the CTE Grade Expansion Program. The Foundation will serve as a grant administrator by providing assistance and support to grantees for initiating, expanding, improving, and promoting CTE initiatives.

This section became effective July 1, 2020, and applies to the administration of grant programs on or after that date.
