H472 - NCSU/NC A&T Matching Funds/Umstead Act. (SL 2020-26)

Overview: Sec. 3 of S.L. 2020-26 allows the sale of dairy products at facilities owned by North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NC A&T), if the products are produced by the University Farm at NC A&T and any profits from the sales are used to support the Agricultural Research Program and the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at NC A&T.
