A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to aPPROPRIATE funds for the town of Huntersville to create a comprehensive REDEVELOPMENT plan to increase AFFORDABLE housing.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Town of Huntersville the sum of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year to be used for creating a comprehensive redevelopment plan to increase affordable housing.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
