A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT appropriating funds to the town of cornelius for a comprehensive redevelopment plan to increase affordable housing.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Town of Cornelius the sum of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year to assist the Town in creating a comprehensive redevelopment plan to increase affordable housing.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
