A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT appropriating funds to the housing finance agency for the purpose of Supporting Statewide Affordable Housing Development.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency the sum of twenty million six hundred sixty thousand dollars ($20,660,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022‑2023 fiscal year to support statewide affordable housing development.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2022.
