A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT eliminating the purchase of positron emission tomography scanners from certificate of need review.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 131E‑176(16)f1.8. is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
