AN ACT to assist the city of winston‑salem with downtown revitalization and economic development.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  This act is intended to assist the City of Winston‑Salem with downtown revitalization and economic development.

SECTION 2.  This act shall apply to the City of Winston‑Salem only.

SECTION 3.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
