A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds to the sampson county History museum.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Sampson County History Museum, Inc., a nonprofit organization, the sum of twenty‑five thousand dollars ($25,000) for the 2015‑2016 fiscal year to maintain the facilities, expand the collections, and promote the Museum to attract additional visitors.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2015.
