A JOINT RESOLUTION to recall from the enrolling clerk house bill 809 which has already been ratified but not delivered to the governor .

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

SECTION 1.  House Bill 809 was ratified on June 15, 2011, but has not been delivered to the Governor. In accordance with G.S. 120-33(d2), the bill is recalled from the Enrolling Clerk, who shall return it to the Senate for further consideration. The ratification is stricken.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.
